Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including users and project team members.
- Understand user requirements and work closely with the development team to ensure they are delivered effectively.
- Coordinate between bank user departments to clarify business requirements (e.g., Telegram messaging, etc.).
- Support the development team in the translation of user requirements into technical specifications.
- Manage documentation and communication related to project timelines and milestones.
- Support the project manager in all aspects of project delivery and progress tracking.
Requirements:
- Minimum a degree in any field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management Office (PMO) roles.
- Good communication skills in both English and Japanese (in order to liaise with Japanese speaking stakeholders and clients).
- Ability to communicate with bank user departments to gather and understand business requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the development team to ensure user requirements are met.
- Experience with ISO20022 business requirements, client-facing roles, and working in a bank IT department or consulting firm are a plus.
