- Lead strategic and tactical planning and implementation of change management activities in tandem with project management activities to achieve the project objectives.
- Conduct change readiness assessment, with support from key stakeholders, to facilitate decision making at critical milestones.
- Guide key stakeholders to conduct an overall change impact assessment because of the project delivery/ change implementation.
- Conduct Stakeholder interviews and align the vision of the projects to stakeholders.
- Develop change management strategies and plans, which includes but not limited to stakeholder analysis, communications plans and execution, training plans and training needs analysis, and user adoption of new systems. Implement and/ or facilitate the implementation of these change management activities.
- Facilitate implementation of changes in policies and processes, with support from key stakeholders and project leads.
- Work closely with Change Management Practice Lead and Project/ Program Manager and take guidance from him/ her to ensure change activities are aligned to the project requirements, activities, and timeline.
- Provide regular status updates to the project team as per the project governance structure.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of change management materials. Prepare materials such as email templates, posters for various workshops and roadshows.
- Partner with the sales team to support pitches - sharing our change management expertise with prospective customers.
Requirements:
- Prosci Change Management certification or a Bachelor’s in Psychology, Social Sciences, Humanities, or equivalent experience.
- 3–4 years’ experience managing large-scale projects and driving change initiatives.
- Background in Digital Transformation, Change Management, or Consulting is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of organisational/behavioural change, business planning, finance, HR strategies, organisational design, manpower optimisation, and performance management.
- Preferred experience in organisational transformation, business strategy, finance, HR, and organisational effectiveness.
- Familiarity with change management models (ADKAR, Kotter, 7S, etc.).
- Understanding of ERP, Finance, and HR solutions; experience with SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors change management is preferred.
