Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all data migration and analysis activities.
- Supervise and support team members involved in data migration.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables across all project stages.
- Coordinate activities between Business Analysts (BA), Data Analysts (DA), IT teams, and business users across various branches.
- Establish and implement a comprehensive data migration framework aligned with Target Operating Model (TOM) requirements.
- Identify and implement tools for the data migration team.
- Develop and maintain a project status reporting framework.
- Ensure project transparency and perform risk assessments.
- Lead data migration governance and ensure proper review and approval processes for critical decisions.
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders and take initiative in managing project-related matters beyond data migration when necessary.
- Report directly to the overall Project Manager for project steering and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Min. 5 years' experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), including all project phases, business requirements gathering and definition.
- Min. 5 years' experience in the banking industry, with a strong understanding of products such as Deposits, Loans, Remittance, Trade, and Treasury as well as project management experience.
- Min. 1 year of data analysis experience.
- Strong documentation skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and systematic understanding of ITSM (e.g., ITIL).
- Have strong communication, client engagement skills and team-oriented personality.
- Strong communication skill in both written and spoken.
