Key Responsibilities
  • Gather business and data requirements with stakeholders
  • Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) and Technical Specifications (TS)
  • Develop and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions using Apex and standard platform capabilities
  • Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Sales Cloud and:
    • Google Ads
    • Facebook
    • Instagram
  • Support Agentforce and AI solution configuration, development, testing, and enhancements
  • Support data mapping, API integrations, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities
  • Work closely with the Team Lead, Project Manager, and project team to deliver quality solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Up to 2 years of Salesforce experiences are welcome to apply
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud development and configuration
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Flows, APIs, and integration concepts
  • Ability to gather business and data requirements independently
  • Experience preparing Functional Specifications (FS) and Technical Specifications (TS)Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a consulting environment
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Interest in learning and working with Salesforce Agentforce and AI technologies
Preferred Skills
  1. Experience integrating Salesforce with Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, or similar marketing platforms
  2. Familiarity with Lead Management, Campaign Management, and Web-to-Lead
  3. Experience developing or implementing Salesforce Agentforce, AI, Prompt Builder, Einstein, or Data Cloud is highly preferred
  4. Salesforce certifications are an advantage but not mandatory
