The Enterprise Transformation (EX) team is the current SAP Partner of the Year for Singapore and also SAP’s Regional Strategic Partner. The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP’s regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey.
Job Description: This candidate will take on the Solution Architect / Pre-sales role for ABeam Consulting. Responsibilities for the as below :
Responsibilities:
SAP FICO Solution Architect / Pre-Sales tasks
- SAP solutioning during pre-sales stage and project Lifecyle
- Engaging customers for scoping and requirements gathering during pre-sales stage, coming up with overall solution and landscape
- Support proposal preparation and presentation
- Understanding customer requirements, clarifications, technical solution design, pricing, risk identification & mitigation, presentation and decision.
- Support preparation of demo for client presentations. Able to input basic configuration into the demo to get the demo ready for presentation
- Independently manage customers and internal stakeholders as well as drive executive presentations
- Analyze customer requirements as relayed through requests for proposals (RFPs) within area of specialization and guide proposal content accordingly.
- Ensure that all work adheres to defined Quality standards.
- Capable of assuming individual proposal management responsibilities for medium to large sized proposals.
- Validate / cross verify the overall solution / deal in terms of customer requirements and alignment with the sales strategy
- Implement SAP ERP solutions and provide support to clients
- Work on design review and quality assurance of project deliverables
- Design and develop SAP ERP solutions that meet the client's needs
- Integrate SAP ERP with other systems in the client's IT landscape
- Stay up to date on the latest SAP ERP technologies and leading practices

Requirements:
- Experience with cloud-based SAP ERP deployments
- Experience of end-to-end implementations of SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in work with S/4HANA conversion and migration projects
- Hands on configuration experience and solutioning skills.
- In-depth knowledge on FICO and PS modules
- Inter-modular Integrations experience within S4H /ECC core modules
- Overall experience in SAP of 8-10 years.
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Exposure to leading teams
- Able to navigate through client's change management process with S4H conversations, Business processes reengineering concepts etc.
- Experience with SAP best practices and methodologies
- Experience in presales of S/4HANA implementations, conversation and migrations.
- Problem solver attitude.
- Good to have experience with BPC/SAC.
- Nice to have: Knowhow of Cloud ALM to execute the S4hana Public Cloud project successfully
