Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Coupa modules, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoicing, Expenses, and Spend Analytics.
Configure Coupa solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
Identify gaps between client requirements and Coupa's standard functionality and suggest solutions.
Develop and document optimized procurement and expense management processes.
Advise on industry best practices and align Coupa solutions to client objectives.
Develop and execute test plans, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support go-live activities, including data migration, system setup, and user training.
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
Work with Coupa support teams to resolve platform-related issues.
Conduct user training sessions and create training documentation.
Enable stakeholders to use Coupa solutions effectively.
Serve as the primary point of contact for functional queries related to Coupa.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, IT, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Coupa or similar procurement platforms.
Proven expertise in Coupa modules such as Procure-to-Pay, Expenses, or Spend Analytics.
Understanding of Coupa integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Familiarity with APIs, data migration, and Coupa configurations.
Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, invoicing, and expense management processes.
Experience with global deployments and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
