Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Coupa modules, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoicing, Expenses, and Spend Analytics.
- Configure Coupa solutions based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Identify gaps between client requirements and Coupa's standard functionality and suggest solutions.
- Develop and document optimized procurement and expense management processes.
- Advise on industry best practices and align Coupa solutions to client objectives.
- Develop and execute test plans, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Support go-live activities, including data migration, system setup, and user training.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot functional issues.
- Work with Coupa support teams to resolve platform-related issues.
- Conduct user training sessions and create training documentation.
- Enable stakeholders to use Coupa solutions effectively.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for functional queries related to Coupa.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including finance, procurement, IT, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Coupa or similar procurement platforms.
- Proven expertise in Coupa modules such as Procure-to-Pay, Expenses, or Spend Analytics.
- Understanding of Coupa integration with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Familiarity with APIs, data migration, and Coupa configurations.
- Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, invoicing, and expense management processes.
- Experience with global deployments and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
