Role Overview
The SAP SuccessFactors Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementation and AMS engagements, ensuring consistent delivery quality, customer satisfaction, commercial performance, and adherence to delivery methodologies. The role operates at a Project Director / Portfolio Delivery Lead level, providing governance, delivery assurance, advisory support, and escalation management across the SuccessFactors portfolio.

Role Overview
The SAP SuccessFactors Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementation and AMS engagements, ensuring consistent delivery quality, customer satisfaction, commercial performance, and adherence to delivery methodologies. The role operates at a Project Director / Portfolio Delivery Lead level, providing governance, delivery assurance, advisory support, and escalation management across the SuccessFactors portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple SAP SuccessFactors implementation, enhancement, and AMS projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular project health reviews and proactively address delivery risks, resource constraints, and customer escalations.
- Provide advisory and coaching support to Project Managers, Solution Architects, Functional Leads, and AMS teams.
- Ensure consistent adoption of SAP Activate, project governance standards, quality gates, tools, templates, and delivery best practices.
- Drive strong customer engagement, satisfaction, and executive stakeholder management.
- Support recovery of at-risk projects and resolution of major delivery issues.
- Ensure effective scope and change management and identify legitimate Change Request and enhancement opportunities.
- Oversee AMS performance including SLAs, service quality, recurring issues, continuous improvement, and customer renewals.
- Monitor project financials, effort consumption, margins, resource utilization, and commercial risks.
- Support delivery planning during presales and ensure effective transition from sales to project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement, reuse of delivery accelerators, automation, AI, and lessons learned across projects.
- Support in Presales activities
- Bachelor's Degree in related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience with SAP / enterprise application delivery experience, with strong SAP SuccessFactors exposure.
- Experience managing multiple complex implementation and AMS engagements.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors delivery lifecycle and SAP Activate.
- Strong programme governance, risk management, financial management, and commercial awareness.
- Proven ability to manage senior customer stakeholders and critical escalations.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with onshore, offshore, and hybrid delivery teams.
