Key Responsibilities:- Analyze KYC operational processes to identify standardization, optimization, and process improvement opportunities.
- Document and maintain As-Is and To-Be process flows, procedures, and business requirements.
- Support AI and automation control review activities to ensure compliance with operational and risk management standards.
- Coordinate stakeholder reviews, gather business requirements, and facilitate requirement workshops.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, test case preparation, execution, and issue resolution.
- Develop and maintain procedure manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
- Facilitate end-user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to drive process enhancement initiatives and implementation activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, PMO, Project Manager, or Business Transformation Consultant.
- Experience within the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Strong process mapping, business analysis, and requirements gathering capabilities.
- Proven experience in facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagements, and cross-functional discussions.
- Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, execution, and issue management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Loan, Trade Finance, Remittance, KYC, AML, or Banking Operations processes is preferred.
- Experience in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives is preferred.
- Experience in automation, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives is advantageous.
- Understanding of Power Platform, Power Apps, workflow automation, AI, and OCR solutions is advantageous.
- Candidates with Japanese language proficiency would be highly preferred, as this would be an added advantage in supporting effective communication and collaboration with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
