We are seeking an experienced professional who can design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, support presales activities, and manage delivery execution. This role requires strong capabilities in solutioning, system integration, proposal development, and project management, supporting engagements from opportunity stage through successful implementation.

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional who can design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, support presales activities, and manage delivery execution. This role requires strong capabilities in solutioning, system integration, proposal development, and project management, supporting engagements from opportunity stage through successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
- Define integration architecture across Salesforce and external systems
- Recommend OOTB vs customized solutions based on best practices
- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure architecture
Presales & Proposal Development
- Support presales engagements, including discovery workshops and solution presentations
- Develop solution proposals, implementation approaches, and effort estimates
- Work with sales teams to shape opportunities and articulate value propositions
Project Delivery & Management
- Lead project delivery and execution, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality are met
- Manage stakeholders across business, IT, and vendors
- Oversee project risks, issues, and delivery governance
Key Salesforce Areas
Experience designing solutions across key Salesforce modules including any 2 of the following:
- Service Cloud
- Field Service
- Data Cloud
- CPQ / Revenue Cloud
Technical Familiarity
Good understanding from a development and technical architecture perspective, including:
- Apex
- OmniStudio
- Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware, data architecture)
- Platform customization and extension approaches
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce solution architecture, presales, or consulting roles
- Proven experience in solution design, system integration, and proposal development
- Experience leading client engagements and delivery projects
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Experience delivering complex Salesforce transformation programs is a plus
- Background in consulting or client-facing roles is a plus
