Responsibilities:
  • Act as Project Manager / PMO for the APAC SharePoint and Copilot implementation, supporting Regional Operations across 10+ countries.
  • Define business-side project plans, schedules, tasks, roles, and responsibilities in alignment with IT delivery timelines.
  • Gather and consolidate business requirements from regional and branch stakeholders; prepare BRD and support IT during clarification, Q&A, UAT planning, and execution.
  • Manage project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies; prepare clear status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Support APAC branches remotely, track individual branch progress, and proactively address issues to avoid schedule delays.
  • Facilitate discussions, analyze options, and prepare decision-making materials using structured analysis, charts, and visuals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Manager or PMO in SharePoint implementation projects (banking or large enterprise preferred).
  • Consulting background or experience working as PM / PMO in a consulting firm is mandatory.
  • Strong project management skills covering planning, progress tracking, issue/risk management, scope and change control.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams, including Regional Operations, IT, and overseas branches.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to quickly adapt to bank culture and systems.
  • Banking project experience is preferred.
  • Good communication skill in both English are preferred to liaise with stakeholders and clients.
