Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Integration Functional Consultant to design, implement, and manage integrations between SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SuccessFactors, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), and middleware tools, along with a deep understanding of functional processes and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Integration Design & Implementation:
    • Analyze integration requirements for SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, LMS).
    • Design end-to-end integration solutions using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), Dell Boomi, or other middleware platforms.
    • Develop and manage APIs, OData, and web services for seamless data flow between systems.
    • Ensure integrations meet data security and compliance requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with functional teams, business users, and third-party vendors to understand business processes and integration needs.
    • Provide guidance on best practices for integrating SuccessFactors with SAP ERP, non-SAP systems, and external platforms.
  • Testing and Troubleshooting:
    • Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate integration performance.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
  • Documentation and Training:
    • Prepare detailed documentation for integration designs, test cases, and operational procedures.
    • Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize integration performance and efficiency.
    • Stay updated on the latest SuccessFactors integration tools and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors integration, with expertise in at least two modules (e.g., EC, Recruiting, LMS, Compensation).
  • Proficiency in SAP Integration Suite (CPI), OData API, SOAP, REST, and middleware technologies like Dell Boomi or MuleSoft.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, business workflows, and payroll integration.
  • Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP ERP (e.g., S/4HANA or ECC) and third-party systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, global team environment.
  • Strong client-facing skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent time management.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (EC/Recruiting/LMS/Compensation) or SAP Integration Suite (CPI) is a plus.
  • Experience with ABAP debugging, if required for deeper technical troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Workday, PeopleSoft, or other HCM systems is a plus.
