  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and guidance.
  • Liaise with Recruitment Operations and internal stakeholders to support hiring activities and smooth onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and support recruitment strategies.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives — from social media campaigns to career fair participation — to promote us as an employer of choice.
  • Support special projects and initiatives, keeping our team agile and responsive to changing needs.

What You'll Bring

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you enjoy connecting with people.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with attention to detail.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setting (virtual and office).

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Real impact — your work will directly shape candidate experiences and hiring outcomes.
  • Mentorship & growth — learn from experienced recruiters and HR professionals who are invested in your development.
  • Employer branding exposure — gain skills in promoting a company culture and brand to the world.
  • Hybrid flexibility — balance your internship with your studies and personal life.
  • Fun & connection — join team lunches, virtual coffee chats, and networking events.
