About the Team

The Enterprise Transformation (EX) team is the current SAP Partner of the Year for Singapore and also SAP’s Regional Strategic Partner.  The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP’s regional strategy and in working with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of SAC Planning solutions including budgeting, forecasting, revenue, cost, and workforce planning. 
• Ability to understand end-to-end planning processes and align them with SAP S/4HANA to design effective SAC planning solutions.
• Design and configure SAC planning models (cost center, profit center, project planning) using both New Model and Classic Account Model. 
• Develop data actions, allocations, multi-actions, and advanced formula calculations. 
• Build dashboards, input forms, and custom applications using Analytics Designer and JavaScript. 
• Integrate SAC with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and/or SAP BW/4HANA for planning and reporting. 
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate business needs into scalable solutions. 
• Support scenario planning, what-if analysis, and cross-functional planning 
• Manage planning workflows including calendars, approvals, and task assignments. 
• Participate in global template rollouts and provide post-go-live support.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of SAP experience including full lifecycle implementations and support projects. 
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAC Planning and Analytics. 
• Minimum 2–3 end-to-end implementations in SAC Planning or SAP BPC (Standard or Embedded). 
• Experience working with large enterprise or upper mid-market clients. 
• Strong expertise in SAC Planning including: 
  • Data modeling, dimensions, hierarchies, and datasets 
  • Data actions (copy, cross-model, advanced formulas) 
  • Allocations, distributions, and predictive planning 
• Experience with Optimized Story designer with advanced UI development. 
• Integration experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Project Systems. 
• Knowledge of SAP Datasphere and/or SAP BW/4HANA. 
• Familiarity with SAC security concepts (MDP, DAC) and planning workflows.
