Responsibilities:
- Translate Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) into Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
- Develop and configure the Fusion Framework System in alignment with client needs
- Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and prepare for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Support data migration and ensure readiness for system go-live
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Monitor and follow up on release-related tasks and post-deployment support
- Prepare documentation and progress reports as part of project governance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the financial industry, ideally in IT implementation or support roles.
- Proven hands-on experience with the Fusion Framework System for business continuity or risk management.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow, including its application within IT service or business continuity contexts.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for reporting, analysis, and project tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, with strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) guidelines on Business Continuity Management (BCM) and working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL are a plus.
- Prior experience working in a consulting firm or a system development environment is a plus.
