Responsibilities:
- Validate business requirements with use cases during the prototyping phase.
- Conduct requirements refinement activities in collaboration with business users (e.g., interviews, workshops, document reviews, shadowing, etc.).
- Plan and prepare for system implementation tasks (e.g., TOM development, BRD creation) from a BA perspective.
- Monitor user-side task progress, manage issues and risks, and provide support for their resolution.
- Offer local insights and feedback to project planning in coordination with the Area PM.
- Regularly report regional progress, challenges, and successes to BA leads.
Requirements:
- Minimum a degree in any field.
- Strong Expertise in Customer Master, Customer Report Distribution, Reconciliation, RINGI, etc.
- Experience with package system implementation (Flexcube / Duco preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience creating both Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Experience in the banking industry, either as a bank employee or as a consultant providing services to the banking sector.
- Experience in project implementation from the user side (large projects preferred).
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region to engage with Middle- and Back-Office teams to gather necessary requirements.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality, precise, and comprehensive requirement documentation.
