Responsibilities:
- Attend meetings with end users to understand their business operations and explore appropriate solutions.
- Design and document workflows and solutions by collaborating with the business analyst team who lead the Analysis and Design phase with end users.
- Develop/Enhance programs based on documented designs and conduct unit testing.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) forums, study and analyze user-raised queries to identify if they are bugs.
- Perform bug fixing as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Min. 3 years' experience in working in an IT-related role.
- Experience working in whole SDLC(Systems Development Life Cycle : from Requirement Definition to Go-live) with any programming language and MS Office functions.
- Experience with Microsoft Access VBA (form, query, module, table, report, macro).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to proactively communicate with stakeholders, partners, and colleagues.
- Ability to adapt to a restricted development environment based on strict banking policies.
- Experience in Banking, Microsoft Access, VBA, SQL Server, table/query development, report generation is a plus.
- Ability to develop work plans and organize tasks independently is a plus.
