Key Responsibilities:
- Assist staff with basic IT support, such as password resets, account setup, and troubleshooting hardware or software issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, track allocation, and manage returns for departing staff.
- Verify IT-related invoices and submit reports to Finance and Admin Teams.
- Liaise with vendors for procurement, repairs, or replacements of IT equipment.
- Broadcast IT updates
- Coordinate sending/receiving laptops to/from overseas offices.
- Support general office administration: Service & Maintenance of equipment/repairs, office supplies, and small internal events.
- Other ad-hoc tasks related to daily office operations.
Requirements:
- Basic administrative skills
- Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with office software
- Proficiency in MS Office Application (Microsoft word, Microsoft excel & Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Keen learner and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Available 2 days per week onsite.
