About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic Early Talent Recruiter who is passionate about building the next generation of talent while also developing long-term pipelines for experienced professionals. In this role, you will lead initiatives that identify, attract, and nurture high-potential early-career candidates, while partnering with business leaders to build future-ready talent pipelines for both emerging and experienced hires.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys thinking long-term about workforce strategy, building strong talent communities, and shaping scalable hiring programs.

Responsibilities:

Lead Early Talent Recruiting
  • Drive recruitment for internships, graduate programs, and entry-level roles across key business functions.
  • Design and execute structured early talent hiring campaigns aligned with workforce growth.
  • Identify high-potential students and graduates from universities, student organizations, and emerging talent communities.

Build Strategic Talent Pipelines
  • Work with TA Leaders to develop and maintain long-term pipelines of high-potential candidates, including early-career and experienced professionals.
  • Proactively map talent markets and identify future hiring opportunities and skill gaps.
  • Build relationships with professionals who may be future hires, creating ongoing engagement with passive talent.

University & Talent Community Partnerships
  • Establish partnerships with target universities, academic programs, and career centers.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, industry meetups, and talent programs.
  • Engage with professional communities, alumni networks, and industry groups to strengthen talent pipelines.

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
  • Deliver a high-quality and engaging candidate experience across all hiring stages.
  • Promote the company’s culture, growth opportunities, and career pathways to early and experienced professionals.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, early talent recruiting, or campus recruiting.
  • Proven ability to build talent pipelines and manage full-cycle recruitment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both early-career and experienced candidates.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience running internship or graduate hiring programs is a plus.
  • Experience with talent mapping or proactive pipeline development is a plus.
  • Experience recruiting for high-growth or fast-paced organizations is a plus.
