We’re hiring a MuleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant with 4+ years of experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You’ll act as the bridge between business and technical teams—translating requirements, building scalable APIs, and supporting integration across systems like Salesforce, SAP, and legacy platforms.

Job Summary:
We’re hiring a MuleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant with 4+ years of experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You’ll act as the bridge between business and technical teams—translating requirements, building scalable APIs, and supporting integration across systems like Salesforce, SAP, and legacy platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional & Solutioning
- Conduct discovery sessions and define integration flows
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical specs
- Document APIs and functional use cases
- Support pre-sales with architecture input, sizing, and demo prep
Technical Build & Integration
- Develop APIs, connectors, and orchestrations using MuleSoft
- Implement security policies, monitoring, and logging
- Connect systems like Salesforce, SAP, databases, and third-party apps
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 4 years of MuleSoft experience, including API development and integration
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and governance
- Familiar with at least one additional Salesforce module, or Technical skills below:
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or FSC for Insurance
- Technical skills in Apex, LWC, or Ampscript
- Agile delivery experience and strong communication skills
- Certifications preferred:
- MuleSoft Certified Developer (Mule 4)
- Salesforce Admin/App Builder/Data Cloud Consultant (nice to have)
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API Manager, Runtime, Design Center)
- Strong in API-led architecture, RAML/OpenAPI, and DataWeave transformations
- Ability to gather business needs and convert them into integration designs
- Background in Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise system integrations
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and performance tunin
- Familiarity with MuleSoft Composer, RPA, or event-driven design
- Hands-on with Postman, Jenkins, Git, or Salesforce DevOps Center
- Understanding of data privacy, consent flows, or API monetization
