Key Responsibilities:
- Assist staff with basic IT support, such as password resets, account setup, and troubleshooting hardware or software issues.
- Maintain the Admin/IT asset inventory, including tracking asset allocation and managing returns during employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Verify Admin/IT related invoices, inventory reports and submit them to Finance for processing.
- Liaise with vendors on the procurement, maintenance, repair, and replacement of IT and office equipment.
- Broadcast Admin/IT related updates and announcements to staff.
- Coordinate the shipment and receipt of laptops and IT equipment to/from overseas.
- Support general office administration, including equipment service & maintenance, repairs, office supplies, and small internal events.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks to support daily office operation.
Requirements:
- Basic administrative skills
- Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with office software
- Proficiency in MS Office Application (Microsoft word, Microsoft excel & Microsoft PowerPoint)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Keen learner and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Available 2 days per week onsite.
